LED bulbs have very low power consumption, which can cause flickering, malfunctioning, or false alerts about bulb failure on vehicles that have computer-controlled bulb monitoring. The LED CanBus bulbs with resistors usually prevent malfunctions on most vehicles, but not on all. In these vehicles, false bulb failure messages still appear despite using LED CanBus bulbs. In this case, an additional inline resistor must be added to the bulb. The LEDriving SMART CANBUS decoder bypasses the bulb monitoring system. The control unit offers easy installation and is suitable for most vehicle models with a bulb failure detection system. In addition to CANBUS control, these decoders also eliminate any LED flickering. Osram provides a 3-year warranty for this product. The LEDSCT10-2HB CANBUS decoders are universal and suitable for most vehicles with H7 bulbs and 24V voltage. They have been tested in combination with LED bulbs  OSRAM TRUCKSTAR LED H7. In addition, other OSRAM accessories are available - LEDriving ADAPTER and LEDriving SMART CANBUS.

How can I get approval to use Osram TRUCKSTAR LED H7 bulbs in my vehicle?

Purchase from TEHNOSHOP.NET (Slovenian distributor for OSRAM) and arrange installation with us or one of the authorized service centers. The list of authorized service centers is available here. For Slovenia, registration in the homologation certificate is required. Using the bulbs without registration is illegal and means that the vehicle is not roadworthy! The approval of NIGHT TRUCKSTAR LED H7 bulbs for legal use in each individual vehicle model is an extremely complex process.
