The General Terms and Conditions of the www.tehnoshop.net online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes. The www.tehnoshop.net online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the company TEHNO KAR D.O.O. hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a buyer in the online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as his email address, which he himself determines in his profile, and a password. The user's username and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the completed data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The General Terms and Conditions of the www.tehnoshop.net online store address the operation of the www.tehnoshop.net online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, product availability, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously specified, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and an explained procedure in the event of a complaint, including all information about the contact person or customer relations department.

Prices apply when paying with the above payment methods, under the above conditions. All prices include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If the product is out of stock, the price may change, of which the provider will inform the buyer. The images may only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation.

Purchase process

1. Order accepted After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this step, the buyer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. The buyer always has access to comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the provider's website.

2. Order confirmed If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider may call the buyer on their contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When supplying goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse, the provider is exclusively bound to the delivery by the provider's supplier and the time in which the provider's supplier can deliver the goods to the provider. The provider informs the buyer via e-mail about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of the goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and at the buyer's choice, either deliver the remaining items from the order or cancel the entire order. The provider does not assume any liability for damage that would arise due to longer delivery times or due to non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.

3. Goods dispatched The provider prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time frame and notifies the buyer of this by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the provider also informs the buyer about the return policy, where to contact in the event of a delay in delivery and where to contact in the event of a complaint.

Right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods

The consumer has the right to notify the company of their withdrawal from the contract in writing within 15 days, to the contact e-mail address: info@tehnoshop.net. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within thirty days of the written notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase, covering the direct costs of return. The products must be unused and undamaged and in the original, undamaged packaging. A copy of the order must be enclosed. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer. The provider shall refund the full purchase price of the goods as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after receiving the notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase.

Despite the above, we would like to point out that purchasing online does not give the consumer more rights than purchasing in a physical store, so purchasing for the purpose of testing the product does not allow withdrawal from the purchase without compensation for the use of the product. Compensation for the reduced value of the product due to damaged original packaging is at least 20% of the purchase price, or more if there are damages, abrasions or other visible consequences of use on the product. The provider reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of re-storing the goods in the amount of €8 + VAT.

The consumer cannot return the ordered goods under the above conditions if the consumer has already opened the security seal or removed or damaged the original packaging or has already used the manufacturer's activation code. This applies primarily to halogen, xenon or LED bulbs and all other items that have a factory security seal.

Warranty

The warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian legislation apply to products in the online store.

Delivery times are expressed in the number of working days.

In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.
