The Noco BOOST X GBX45 Noco Boost X Lithium Jumpstarter 1250A is a compact, handy starting aid and power bank in one. You can easily start your car or even a small truck with this GBX45. You can also charge phones, iPads and laptops. The starting boost for 12V systems is no less than 1250A.

Fast charging of the GBX45

The GBX45 can be quickly charged via the USB-IN/OUT port of your GBX45 (maximum 60 Watts via USB-C). With the included USB charging cable you can charge the BOOST X GBX45 via any USB port such as an AC adapter via 110V or 220V (not included) or a USB port of your laptop for example. 

High-quality battery clamps

The Noco starter boosters are always equipped with high-quality battery clamps / alligator clips that are robustly built and have a low resistance level. The cable length between your booster and the battery terminals is 20cm.
 

Suitable for 12V lead-acid batteries

The Noco starter boosters are suitable for 12V lead-acid starter batteries. These are, for example, Wet batteries, MF, EFB, Ca/Ca, AGM and GEL batteries. The Noco starter boosters are not suitable for starting 12V lithium systems.

This isn't an upgrade— it's a whole new series. The new Boost X offers more starting power and unleashes maximum power delivery for the most demanding starts. Paired with USB-C Power Delivery technology to recharge insanely fast. The Noco GBX45 Noco Boost X is an extremely powerful power bank and also a starter booster. With the start booster function, it can even start diesel engines up to 3 liters in size. And when the GBX45 is fully charged, it can do that 3 to 4 times. Note: a starting aid is always a 'help'. The jump starter/booster helps the existing battery in the vehicle to start. If the battery is really completely empty, the vehicle may not be started even with a booster. In such a situation, a heavier to very heavy jump starter is required to start the vehicle or it may be necessary to briefly charge the battery first. This loading cannot be done with the GBX45.

Fast charge via USB-C.

Boost X is now turbo-chargeable. It is equipped with USB-C technology that, combined with power delivery, gives you lightning-fast recharges. Completely recharge the GBX45 in 48-minutes, or go from 0% to jump starting in just 5-minutes of charge. With Boost X’s 60W USB-C input and output, it is possible to charge up to 5X faster. Use compatible chargers up to 60W to increase your charging speed. 4 LED lights on the front of the jump starter indicate the charging status. When the GBX45 is completely discharged, it takes about 3 hours before it is fully charged/full again (at a charging capacity of 2A, at lower charging capacities the charging takes longer). With a charging capacity of 60 Watts, this time is shortened to about 45 minutes. Because the Noco Boost X is equipped with an internal lithium battery, it is a maintenance-free starter booster. That is certainly not to say that you should not load the starter booster once in a while. The advice is therefore to ensure that you always fully charge your starter booster at least once every 2 months.

Auto power conservation.

Start the vehicle within 60 seconds after pressing the power button on Boost. After the 60-second timeout is complete, the unit must be powered off, then back on, to initiate a new jump-start sequence. The yellow power LED indicates the 60-second sequence is over and can be reset if another jump start sequence is needed. Always connect a starter booster directly to the poles of a battery/battery and never via any other (thinner) cabling in the vehicle. This is very important to prevent high starting currents from damaging the cabling in your vehicle. Always connect the red plus terminal to your battery first and then the black minus terminal or the chassis of the vehicle (not in a place on or near the paintwork of your vehicle). Disconnecting the starter booster is done in reverse order. Starting your vehicle is done as follows: Connect the battery terminals as described above. Turn off as many power consumers as possible, such as lighting, radio or air conditioning. Then press the power button on your booster. All LEDs will flash once and then the Boost LED will light up. When the Boost LED lights up, you can start the vehicle.

Reverse polarity protection

We took our UltraSafe technology and made it better— UltraSafe 2.0. It's still our simple, mistake-free design featuring spark-proof technology and reverse polarity protection, but with enhanced thermal efficiency and power management to provide better performance and longer battery life. The GBX45 from Noco BOOST X series is non-sparking and protected against incorrect connection of the battery terminals (reverse polarity or polarity reversal) and overheating. Furthermore, the GBX45 will not automatically start a vehicle if the battery voltage is 2V or lower. The boost LED will not illuminate and you will need to switch to manual start boost mode. This is an important built-in safety so that a starting boost is not given if the booster is not connected to a battery or if you do not want it.

Charge devices. Up to 60W fast charging.

Its internal power bank provides 60-watts of power— both in and out— to effortlessly power our favorite USB-C devices, like phones, tablets, laptops, wearables, and more. The output of the jump starter is as follows: Starting capacity: 12V / 1250A max; USB-Input: USB-C: 5V 1.5A, 9V 3A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A, 20V 3A; USB-A output: 5V 2.1A - 10W Max (for phones and tablets); USB-C output: 5V 3A, 9V 3A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A, 20V 3A - 60 Watt (fast charging of phones and tablets). Note: 12V batteries cannot be charged with the BOOST X GBX45.

100 lumen LED flashlight.

More than a jump starter, Boost X is a useful tool for daily use and emergency situations alike. The GBX45 is equipped with a 100-Lumen LED flashlight with various brightness modes, SOS, and emergency strobe— handy to have as a roadside or road trip tool. On one side (on the output side) of the GBX45 are 2 powerful white LED lights (100 lumens) that can light up or flash in 6 different modes. They can be used to shine in the dark under the hood or near the battery. They can also be used as SOS light or emergency signal lighting. This LED lighting can also be used as a powerful flashlight. Having a powerful flashlight with you can always come in handy.

Features

POWER LED

Illuminates white when unit is ON. Illuminates orange after the 60-second timeout countdown. Remove clamps or power unit OFF/ON to reset. 
 

FAST CHARGE

Illuminates white when fast charge is active. Fast charge LED turns RED (solid/blinking) when there is an error. 
 

CHARGE LEDS

Indicates the charge level of the internal battery. 
 

BOOST LED

Illuminates white when boost is active. The LED flashes white when manual override feature is active.
 

REVERSE POLARITY

Booster is connected to battery in reverse polarity. You need to reverse the connections.
 

HOT/COLD INDICATION

Illuminates solid or flashes blue when internal temperature is too low. Illuminates solid or flashes red when internal temperature is too high.

Measurements

Jump starter Noco Boost X GBX45 is a lightweight jump starter (1.1kg) and the housing is compact (173x84x53mm). The advantage of this is that you can always easily take the booster with you and that you always have a jump starter, a power bank and a powerful flashlight (100 lumens) at hand. The Noco GBX45 is IP65 protected in terms of housing construction. This means that your booster is touch-safe because the housing is completely closed. The housing is fully protected against dust. Furthermore, the housing is splash-proof.
